Singapore trip ( part 1 )

Finally finished my professional exam and PASS it!! Yup, it's the end of 3rd year and will start new semester(4th year) in Sep.
After our Dean announced the results, I straight away went to JB and had a trip to Singapore with him.
We have been planning this trip since last year and initially we planned to go in March. For some reasons make the trip delayed until July.

It's the 2nd time I went to Singapore. This time is purposely to get more chops in my passport. lol. Seriously!! I seldom travel overseas, the only chops in my passport is last year I went to Bangkok, Thailand with my lovely coursemates.

We've planned a lots for the trip but everything ends up spontaneously because I want to SAVE MONEY!! We've planned to go Universal Studio Singapore(USS) but eventually we just went  somewhere around USS and took photos. People says you must go to USS if you go to Singapore, but the entrance cost RM170++.
I was like.....ok la, go next time la..
Luckily his house is very closed to the customs, we're staying in JB and went to Singapore everyday. Staying in his house make us saved a lot.

Day 1 - Bugis street
Day 2 - Orchard Road(乌节路), Chinatown(牛车水),Merlion Park(鱼尾狮公园)
Day 3 - Sentosa Island (where is the USS located)

You will not spend a lots of money if u visit all these places. No entrance fees or ticket is needed. You just have to pay for the foods ,shopping and the transport fees.Of course I did window-shopping. hehe.

DAY 1 - Bugis Street
Girls' heaven . Shopping . Cheapest price .
WHAT??!!
I want to go!! It's my response when I heard these.
Yup, a place for you to shop at the cheapest price. There are selling clothes, shoes, accessories....

they are selling fruits juice.

they mix my favourite with banana.Yucks! Seriously I dun like banana flavor things.

i bought the blueberry.
You can see from the picture, their clothes is around $10-20 SG dollars.

I dont think the blueberry juice is made from blueberries. It's more to coloring drink.

HOW TO GET THERE?
Take the MRT east-west line (green line) to Bugis station.
it's super easy to take MRT in Singapore!!

DAY 2 - Orchard Road --Chinatown -- Merlion park

Orchard road

The 1st time I went to Singapore was in DEC 2009, the month that celebrating Christmas , Orchard road was decorated with many beautiful lighting and christmas decorations on the trees along the road, there were alots of christmas trees too. That's why I wish to visit this place again. Bur now is July, no any decorations along the road. Urrgh..I want to come this place again in Dec.

Some views of Orchard Road.

HOW TO GET TO Chinatown?
-take the MRT purple line or blue line to Chinatown station.
Sorry that I forgot the name of the MRT line, but we just recognized the colour . It's easier actually.

Merlion Park.
We took the purple line to Outram Park station from Chinatown and change to green line to Raffles Place station.
Merlion Park is a landmark of Singapore, is a major tourist attraction at One Fullerton.
And you know what??!! We're lost ourselves on our way to Merlion Park. HAHA!!
There are a lots of tall-tall buildings when we came out from the Raffles Place station.
